From 2011 to 2022, Chris was a Project Manager and worked on accounts such as Whole Foods and Prologis. For the Whole Foods market in Nevada, Southern, and Northern California, Chris performed value engineering analysis, oversaw the budgeting and scheduling of all site projects, and managed site managers and subcontractors. While working on the Prologis account, Chris oversaw, managed, and created tenant improvements to reflect custom preferences.
Project sizes for the positions Chris held at Sutti Associates ranged from $10,000 to $12,000,000, with project durations ranging from a week to a year and a half on average.
Driven by a desire for personal entrepreneurship and being a licensed, incorporated, and bonded general contractor since 2009, Chris created Chris Dalikas Inc. that same year. From 2022 to the present, Chris is one of the owners of iBuild Design and Construction Inc. Chris’s strengths lie in commercial (TI) improvements (new stores and open store remodels), value engineering analysis, blueprint reading, developing and estimating budgets, scheduling, RFI’s, COR scope of work per plan, and take-offs.
